Welcome to PMU World Club!
These Terms of Use & Service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the PMU World Club membership. Please read them carefully before using the site, services, and products. By accessing or using the PMU World Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and DTT Enterprises LLC, doing business as Highstoke Media and PMU World.
In addition to these Terms, we may ask you to accept additional terms that apply to specific features, products or services. To the extent any additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms govern with respect to your access to or use of the applicable feature, product or service.

The Services
PMU World Club (hereafter referred to as "the Club") is a membership-based community providing educational resources, videos, audio tracks, self-study programs, live group calls, downloadable templates, industry updates, training courses, workshops, and other related content to support PMU artists. You acknowledge that all information provided is confidential. Sharing login information, call-in numbers, passwords, videos, documents, resources, and protected links with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of your membership without refunds.
Eligibility
Membership in the Club is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for the Club, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Membership Access and Usage
Upon registering your membership to the Club, you will receive access to:
- Educational content and resources
- Templates, scripts, and guides
- Live group calls
- PMU World community discussions and updates
You agree that your membership is solely for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use or sharing of content outside the scope of personal educational purposes is strictly prohibited.
Earnings Disclaimer
At Highstoke Media and The Club, we are committed to providing our clients with quality educational and informational resources designed to aid in the success of their PMU businesses. However, it’s important to understand that ‘success’ in business is a multifaceted outcome, influenced by a myriad of factors beyond our control. Therefore, while we strive to empower our clients, we cannot guarantee any specific financial outcomes or business success.
Your individual success will be influenced by your personal effort, skillset, business acumen, market conditions, and a range of other unpredictable variables. It’s essential to recognize that the world of business carries inherent risks and the possibility of both success and failure.
We celebrate the achievements of our clients and community members, but it’s crucial to note that their past results, as showcased in testimonials or other platforms, are not indicative of future outcomes for anyone else. These examples are illustrative and not guarantees or promises of your achievable results. Your reliance on any information provided by Highstoke Media should be based on your own diligence and judgment on how best to use the information for your own success.
Payment and Billing
When you sign up for PMU World Club, you agree to a recurring membership with The Club on a monthly, annual, or other temporal basis that you select when signing up for The Club. When you register for a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (A) The Club (or our thir party payment processor) is authorized to charge you on a monthly, annual, or other basis as applicable for your subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your subscription continues, and (B) your subscription is continous until you cancel it.

All fees for the Club membership are non-refundable except as provided by the Money Back Guarantee. Payments are processed via our third-party payment provider. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. However, any price changes will not affect current members during their active membership.
Your billing cycle commences immediately upon purchase. Timely payments are essential to maintain uninterrupted service. Highstoke Media is not liable for any bank or credit card fees incurred due to overdrafts, over-limit charges, or NSF Fees. Services may be pre-paid. Failure to correct a missed payment within 3 days of the due date will result in service cancellation without a refund. Adherence to the payment schedule is crucial for a productive partnership with Highstoke Media.
Limited Time Trial
We offer a 7-day trial to new members for a limited time. By enrolling in the trail, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
-After the 7-day trial period, the card on file will automactically be charged the recurring membership fee, as outlined during your enrollment.
-You may cancel your membership at any time during the 7-day trial to avoid being chaged. Cancellations must be processed by contacting customer support at least 24 hours before the trail ends, via email at [email protected]
-Failure to cancel within the trial period constitutes acceptance of the recurring payment terms, and charges will continue on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership.
-Members who enroll through the trial period waive their right to the Money Back Guarantee. Trial users are not eligible for a refund under the Money Back Guarantee once their membership transitions to a paid subscription.
No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the trial period ends.

We’re so confident in the value of the PMU World Club, that we have a comprehensive money-back guarantee that covers the full amount of your initial payment if you are not satisfied, within the first 72 hours of purchase.
This detailed Accountability List is designed to guide you through the essential steps to maximize your experience and outcome in the PMU World Club. By committing to these actions, you demonstrate your dedication to your business’s growth and make a substantial investment in your success.
Please note that refund requests outside the 72-hour window or those not meeting the above conditions will not be granted.
Renewal and Cancellation Policy
This is a recurring service, automatically renewing every term (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize ongoing charges to the card on file and waive rights to chargeback disputes, provided charges are in accordance with these Terms.
To cancel your membership, you must notify us via email at [email protected], at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle. Inactivity or leaving the PMU World Club community, does not constitute automatic cancellation, so unless you cancel your account in accordance with this section, you will continue to be charged for a subscription to the Services. You must send an email so we can offboard you completely.
Failure to do so will result in the next month’s charge, and you waive the right to dispute this charge. This service is a recurring subscription. You agree that charges to your card are non-disputable if services are rendered as per these terms.
Membership Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms. If your membership is terminated due to misconduct or misuse, no refund will be issued, and access to all materials and resources will be revoked immediately.
Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we strongly encourage contacting us first to seek a resolution. If disputes cannot be resolved internally, they will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any rights to a chargeback or dispute claims once services are rendered and instead agree to resolve any issues through the mechanisms outlined here. You waive the right to participate in class actions or court trials (except for small claims court).
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through the Club is owned by or licensed to Highstoke Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited non-exclusive right to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided without our express written consent. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
User Conduct
Users must adhere to laws and regulations while using our site and services Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, defamation, harassment, unauthorized commercial use, and infringement of intellectual property rights. Highstoke Media reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Account Information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary.
Feedback and Submissions
Any feedback or submissions to The Club become our property, and we may use them without obligation to you.
Audio/Video Release
I authorize The Club to use my story as a testimonial and further agree to allow the use of my voice, photo, and likeness captured in any programs via photographs, audio, or video, using any technology known or unknown, to be used for future products and/or marketing without compensation to me. I waive any right I may have to inspect and/or approve any photographs, audio, or video of myself. I understand and agree that all recordings are exclusive rights of The Club and I do not ask for or expect compensation for the use of the recordings or photographs in which I appear or speak.
The Club owns all rights to any audio, video, and/or photographs captured during the performance of this agreement.
Privacy Policy
Your use of The Club is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Limitation of Liability
PMU World and Highstoke Media will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Club materials or participation in the community, site, or services.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of laws principle.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Baseline Information (Please Read ALL Expectations)
As a company that is expanding globally, we have set rules in place that ensure that we can both succeed in the long run and build a profitable relationship together.
Starting a business relationship takes trust and we hope to build that through our results and professionalism, and to that end, we find it valuable to start a baseline understanding of what can be expected throughout the process. By purchasing our program, you are agreeing to the following
I understand that Highstoke Media has my best interests in mind. The growth of my business is solely my responsibility and I understand that I must engage in other proper business development activities including, but not limited to, continuing to publish engaging content to my social media networks, continuing education on PMU best practices, remaining committed to capturing and sharing social proof, networking, referrals, following up, cold calling, warm calling, etc. and not rely solely on Highstoke Media for my business success.
I understand that Highstoke Media has many clients and promise to respect their time and trust that they will provide the support required. I understand that while prompt replies and communication are crucial to my success, I will respect Highstoke Media’s process and understand that all support requests will be answered within 48 business hours (not including weekends). I understand to avoid “scope creep” (continually expanding task list), this engagement does not include anything beyond what is specifically listed in this agreement.
I understand this program is a "two-way street" and requires teamwork and transparent communication. We cannot solve issues if we are not aware of them. I will communicate with Highstoke regularly so we can solve issues before they become one. I understand that Highstoke Media will provide all of the necessary resources and training and it is my responsibility to fully go through and understand 100% of the resources, use the provided tools and apply the proven methods in order to succeed.
I agree to show up and do the work. Success doesn't happen easily or overnight. I understand if I do not put in the work and what is required on my side, I will not see my expected results. I understand that marketing and growth take time. Sometimes we can knock it out of the park immediately, but in most cases, it's a gradual process that requires testing, learning and improving. I will be patient, trust the process and understand that most results come in after 90 days. I understand that I will enter a program/experience that is outside of my "normal process." I acknowledge that I will be stepping completely out of my comfort zone (and doing things that I normally wouldn't), and doing what's absolutely necessary in order to grow my business to the next level.
I understand that I am joining a one-of-a-kind experience. Above all else, I promise to have fun, be an amazing client/partner, be a supportive member of this global community, contribute whenever I can, spread positive & good vibes and do everything in my power to succeed this year alongside the best group of people in the industry.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Club regarding your use of the site and services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
